I have recently gotten an SN41G2 which wont OST or anything. so.... I would like to:
1-Replace the original board with a like spare(least favourite option)
2-Replace the original with an AMD 64 socket 939

Which boards would fit?
I am posting here as this seems to be a very knowledgeable place
 
You will have to buy another Shuttle motherboard. Nothing else will fit. The original board is FN41 (there are several versions of the FN41, I believe dimensions are uniform). Other Shuttle motherboards may or may not fit quite right; if the socket is relocated at all, the ICE heatpipe will not be usable.

Shuttle never sell motherboards directly, so your only real chance is eBay. Frankly, I would exhaust other possibilities (like the power supply) first, because even on eBay getting just the motherboard without the rest of the barebones is usually a challenge. If it ends up being something else, Newegg carries some items and Shuttle has an eBay store (yes, it's really them), amongst other options.
