Mobo for overclocking 1.6a

I am a newbie at this overclocking business, so I need help withi it. I want to get a pentium 4 1.6a and overclock it to 2.4 ghz on default voltage. My question is, what motherboard do you recommend for this that supports DDR?

i have the p4b266 and i guess i'm kinda restricted in oc'ing power b/c i want to utilize my powerful ram (the ram ratio locks up with fsb > 132). other than that, the p4b266 is good. so if you have the extra $ get the 533 but if you don't mind the fsb thing, go with the p4b266.
