As i said i'm looking for a mother board for my T-Bird 1.33 mhz 266 fsb . something that will use my sdram now and ddr in the future . Overclocking is a possibility . any and all recommendations are appreciated. tyia, also the ECS K7S5A i have been reading about in lots of threads in here don't really turn my crank,,,any suggestions at all from someone?,,,tyia again,😀

OK,,,lets just stick with a mobo that has SDR,,,I am would be looking at some overclockability boards,,,,,,,say around a $100. 00 usd,,,,bells and whistles are always nice but I can't go much over the c-note , thx people,,

For under 100 dollars you could get the newer KT266A boards, though it would mean DDR it might offer the performance you want. I am still using a MSI k7t turbo with raid and it is very nice. Solid as a rock.

I recomend the ASUS A7A266, I have one running Win98SE and now Win XP PRO, its excelent (never tested with SDRAM, I buy it with DDR), ASUS ad assures 25% overclocking.

amdwolfman, you should of bought an Intel Chip....more stable and stays alot cooler LOL

btw, you didn't send me your mobo suggestions, sill waiting 🙂

The Shuttle AK32 kt266 will take either DDR or SDRAM and it can handle a 1.33 Tbird. I don't know if you can use the XP chip with it for a future upgrade though. I seen one on pricewatch for around 100 and here's a review of it.
