Mobo for my new Q6600

I just got a Q6600 and need to pick out an affordable motherboard
($80-120). I basically want something that is nice and stable. I'm going to consider overclocking in the future but it's not priority.

Here's my current choices:

ASUS P5K SE
ATX IP35-E (what's the difference between this and the non E?)
MSI P35 Neo2-FR

Any opinions whatsoever would be great!

Non E has RAID, heat pipe cooling, two more SATA ports, and 1394a. IP35-E is a great board, but it is sold out at NewEgg and MWAVE. Was $60 AR this morning.
