Hi guys

Currently building a gaming desktop . I am looking for a mobo to fit my i5 3340 Cpu ,

I would be looking to spend £100 - £150

Any recommendations would be great !!

Anything cheaper that does the job would be great too !

So you're basically buying a completely new rig? What is this costing you?

It's rarely worth buying old gear to build a system from scratch. If you already had the CPU or something, maybe, but a new i3 is going to run rings around it.

Hi

Just under 300 , I'm looking to play games like fallout 4 , 3 and new Vegas .

To be honest so many people say this world , that works , etc I've got what I've got and I'm sure it will do what I'm wanting it to . If not , it' not a big loss

Fair enough.

Poking around amazon.co.uk, it looks like the other avenue budget gamers like (buying a refurbished desktop PC to drop in a video card) would cost you at least £240, not including the GPU. So If you're done for under £300 that's actually really good.

Happy gaming!
