I'm about to setup a home server and I'm looking for a motherboard. The machine will be running 24/7, and will primarily be serving files, web pages and ripping/burning.

Since I regard Asus as being very reliable, I'm currently considering AR8-MVP and A8N-SLI Premium. I think these boards are fairly cheap, but there are better alternatives?

If you are not overclocking, then board stability shouldnt be a big issue as long as you stick with a name brand.

I'll definately not be overclocking. The machine just need to be stable an online 24/7. I do like Asus and therefore I'm thinking about AR8-MVP and A8N-SLI Premium, but I'm open to other suggestions.
