Mobo for Core 2 Duo and Multi-Monitors (4)

Hey all, noob here. Need help. Looking to build new PC that can drive my 4 Samsung 19" LCD's (one big desktop) with DVI plugs. Used extensively for stock trading programs, DVD burning, etc. Would like Mobo with 2 Pci-X16 slots, that can run both at x16 (I think when using both, some switch back to x8) with a video card in each slot that has 2 DVI out's to run the 4 monitors. SLi not required, don't think I can SLi and still run 4 monitors. I'll probably get the E6700, not oc'd. Not much support around here, local computer guys aren't even sure what PCI-Express is.
