I am going to be upgrading to an Athlon 64 3000+ cpu and am going to need a new motherboard to go with it. I was going to go with the DFI lanparty UP nF4 ultra-d until I realized that it did not have an AGP slot, so now I am looking at the DFI NF3 ultra-d because it has agp, but it doesnt have nforce 4. I skimmed through some of the threads and it looks like a lot of people are going with the DFI nf4 ultra-d of SLI boards. I started looking at some other boards and it looks like all nF4 boards dont have AGP support, is this true? Is AGP going out?

Basically I need a mobo that can support my card and that cna easily overclock it. I would prefere it to have an AGP slot because I dont want to get a new vid card now, but if agp is going out and the new boards dont support it, I might as well upgrade now, so if I have to I will switch over to another card.

how do the ram slots on the nf 4 ultra-d work? i was reading through another thread and someone said "make sure to use the correct rem slots". I currently have one stick of DDR 400 512mb, and stick of DDR 400 256mb. I would like to add maybe 256mb more, but I dont knwo if it will cause problems. Do I need equal sticks of ram if I want to use more than 2 banks?
