Mobo for AMD A10-5800K Trinity?

I am building a new AMD rig and after sorting through various factors, I am looking at the following motherboards to be used with a Trinity A10-5800K:

MSI FM2-A85XA-G65
ASROCK FM2A85X Extreme6
GIGABYTE GA-F2A85X-UP4
ASUS F2A85-V PRO

Are there any particular advantages or disadvantages to any of these, or any known problems with any of them? 😕
