mobo fan died

man I love BBQ, and I figured replacement, here is the board specs
Asus A8n sli deluxe with the nForce 4 chipset
how about the temp? 95 I have heard that it is too hot.
can I still use my computer? or should I just turn it off till replacement arrives?
also, This is actually a freinds computer, not mine I deeply apologize for embelishing my story, what should I tell him
 
Those look pretty nicce and the price is good also, I may get one for my computer but my buddy dont believe in aftermarket stuff he feels that the manufacturer uses their parts cuz they are better.
 
Mine has been dead for a while (still haven't called ASUS for the replacement...I should get on that). But according to ASUS Probe it is only 39C, and my comp is usually on 24/7. I guess my case fans do a good job *shrug*
