Mobo failure? Recommended replacement

Hi
I have a Soyo 6BA+IV motherboard that I recently upgraded with a new case, celeron 800 cpu, and a GeForce 64meg MX200 video card. The system was running fine for about 2 weeks (not overclocked).
I came home the other night and the screen saver was froze, I tried to reset the system and the monitor never kicked on (no beep codes either). I tried everything I can think of to solve this problem

1. Replace video card with a different AGP and PCI
2. Hooked up to another monitor
3. Tried another CPU
4. Replaced memory
5. Tried another power supply
6. Removed all cards and drives except CPU,Memory and video
7. Removed from the case

None of these step solved the problem

Is there anything I can try before I toss the board? If it is the board what replacement do you recommend for the above cpu?

Thank-you for your advice .........................MEDA

It appears you've tried everything........
If you're satisfied overall with Soyo, I'd try the new SY-TISU tualatin ready MB....
I believe Anand reviewed this MB along with others recently in a tualatin review...
