mobo doesnt like using more than 2 sticks of RAM...

using 2x256 on it right now in DIMM slot 1 and 2.. but when i put another stick of 256 in either 3 or 4, the board wont post. i verified the RAM is good. all 3 sticks are fairly new samsung PC3200. im wondering whats going on here... usually i can throw RAM on and have it simply work... but not this time around. the manual only lists workable configs for Dual DDR, and says that any other combination will work for single DDR, which is what i have.

any ideas?

well, still no go, so i guess ill go out and spend some money on some bigger dimms... damn.
