Mobo doesn't detect hard disk.

So a month ago my hdd's pcb got burnt and now today i received it and my bios doesn't detect it. The platter moves and i swapped it with other cables but nothing worked. What should i do?
The hdd is Seagate barracuda 500gb.

Rest of specs:
Asus m5a99fx pro
Amd fx 8320
Crucial ballistix 8gb ram

Was it an exact match to the old one, including firmware version?
If so, you are out of luck.
Maybe Pros can salvage it.
