mobo detected ram timings

my mobo detected my ram timings as 2.5, 3, 3, 7... if i manually adjust, i can get 2.0, 3, 3, 6... which is better between the two theoretically and practically?

i'm just using generic ram i think? the memory chips are marked PQI but there is also a sticker on the module marking PMI and some numbers that i'm not sure of, maybe the ram model or part number i think...
