Mobo,CPU,Fan & Mem for 250??

I'm trying to get the best deal for my "next generation/build" computer for under $250. I want an AMD 1800+ w/ fan, DDR 333 (128MB), and a good, stable mobo (I'm not much into OCing, so far, looks like Epox 8k5A2 is best).
Can someone recommend a mobo combo and dealer for this? I seem to be able to find the mobo ok (Epox 8k5A2), but no combo deals anywhere except United Micro (who I was advised to avoid).
