Since you won't be overclocking(locked CPU), You should not buy extreme motherboards as you would overpay for that badly. I would choose Asrock Z77 pro 4 from your list. This board seems decent with its price and features. If you will never plan to overclock at all you can also buy non-tuning chipsets (H77, B75) which beside overclocking offer everything same and these boards are much cheaper.

You're not going to get many choices if you want more than the standard 2 sata3/6gb ports and boards which feature 3rd party integrated chips for additional sata ports are typically oc'ing ones. B75 only supports 1 sata3 port natively.
You could consider a pcie adapter for more sata3 ports.

You're better off getting a Haswell chip+ motherboard, since its chipsets usually support more SATA 6.0 Gbit/s ports. H87 and Z77 both support 6 SATA 6.0 Gbit/s ports natively.

I agree, i dont need second vga card and OC options..
lets check some mobos from older chipsets, what you can suggest me?
Asrock H77/MVP ( 78 € ) : 4 x sata3 4 x sata2
what that means(asrock website)
- 2 x SATA3 6.0 Gb/s connectors by Intel®*H77, support RAID (RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 10, Intel®*Rapid Storage and Intel®*Smart Response Technology), NCQ, AHCI and Hot Plug functions
- 2 x SATA3 6.0 Gb/s connectors by ASMedia ASM1061, support NCQ, AHCI and Hot Plug functions
Only 2 ports is available for RAID?

You're better off getting a Haswell chip+ motherboard, since its chipsets usually support more SATA 6.0 Gbit/s ports. H87 and Z77 both support 6 SATA 6.0 Gbit/s ports natively.

Tell me more about haswell chip? What is that?
