Mobo and RAM advice

I'm currently planning to build a new system, and I need to build on the cheap, I'm planning on purchasing the following parts:

AMD Athlon XP 2500+ (Barton Core) 333 FSB - $96
Western Digital Special Edition HD, 120 GB - $102
Antec Peformance Plus 1080 AMG w/ Antec True430W Power Supply - $117.99

I don't plan on any major overclocking. I'll overclock up to the point where I won't need to go with any extravagant cooling solutions.

Now I'm debating which motherboard to go with, and after that, I need to decide on RAM.

Is a nForce2 Ultra 400 mobo worth paying extra for? Or should I just go with a older nForce 2 board? There's the Epox 8RDA+ which is going for about $84, or should I go with the Abit NFS-7 revision 2.0? I've gotten recommendations for both, and I'm having a very hard time deciding. I have no need for Serial ATA and don't plan on using onboard sound since I plan on buying a sound card. I'm also considering DFI LanParty NFII Ultra.

I already have a GeForce 4 Ti4200 to use, so I'm covered in the graphics department...

And also, what sort of RAM to go with...? PC2700 or PC3200? What brand? Corsair, Crucial, Kingston?

Advice from people who have the 3 previously mentioned motherboards would be helpful.

If you're building on the cheap, get an HEC 400W PS. Dual fans and you'll save over $60.

+3.3 V @ 35 A
+5 V @ 36 A
+12 V @ 15 A

If I were u since yur not planning on oc'in or n e thing get a asus a7n8x-x mobo, same as the asus a7n8x (Nforce2 spp) but no dual channel, still has good performance and only $88
I'd only get the abit nf7-s if i was gonna be doing some overclocking as it's probably the best amd board for that

As for the ram, get either pc 2700 or 3200 (the asus mobo can support both) just make sure u get a good brand my friend bought generic 2700 and has had nothing but problems ever since.
I recommend Geil or Kingston Hyper-X
Hope I helped ya a bit. :D
