Mobility x300 vs. Mobility 9200?

A friend of mine has asked me if I knew of any benchmarks or related articles comparing the Radeon Mobility x330 and 9200 chips. I wasn't able to find anything concrete on Google/AnandTech, unfortunately. Do such benchmarks exist?

Plus, aside from benchmarks, which would be a better choice for applications/programming and possibly light/medium gaming?

THe X300 wil be a lot faster than the 9200. Although, the X300 isn't really a fast card -- light gaming at best.

they are almost the same, the X300 is a smidge faster with full DX9 support.

The x300 is a lower clocked x600 on 0.11. It will be 25% quicker

Yep - same core/memory frequencies. Should be much faster than a 9200 in some games - remember that the 9200 may appear to be as fast in some games because it is only doing basic/more simple pixel shader work.
