wouldn't it be cool to build one for your car? 🙂 Then when you see that crazy maniac driver ahead of you on his cell, you could zap him and drive on by. Of course then he'd look down to see what was the matter with his phone and run into the rear end of a tractor trailer thereby causing a huge 50 car pileup on I40 and massive loss of life....eh what can you do?
