doing some background research on mobile phone companies, and specifically looking for success stories of mobile phone companies/ case studies of situations such as:
- a provider using some exclusive handset branded by them to win clients
- a provider having some groundbreaking customer care system that differentiates them from others
- a provider using a new way of pricing to differentiate their product (not necessarily just cheaper)
- a provider entering a mature mobile phone market and reasons for why they succeeded
- a provider who has used innovative ways of selling their product (e.g. online versus retail stores etc) to gain clients.
any tips would be appreciated as to where to look, i'm sure there are a bunch of telecom people out there!
btw, not only US, can be anywhere- would love some cutting edge examples!
