Mobile PC Tower to fit inside roadcase

I am looking for a small powerful PC to fit inside this road case I have. It used to house a DJ mixer but I want to use it to house a PC for Streaming video from music festivals. It is hard to find a Small form factor PC case that is small enough to fit inside yet powerful enough to handle HD streaming and have PCIe expansion slots.

I have already ordered 2 Blackmagic intensity Pro PCIe cards to capture the 2 video feeds so the PC will have to have 2 PCIe ports.

So the Requirements are:
i7 Intel
4GB RAM
2 PCIe expansion slots
must fit inside the roadcase

Inner Case dimensions
12" W
19" D
6" H or more

The Blackmagic Intensity cards you picked out are full height cards which will not fit into a computer case that is only 6" thick. Either get a thicker road case or rethink your video capture cards.
