Mobile monitor?

It does not give size or weight. It appears to fit the definition of portable rather than mobile. Today, mobile implies operation while moving, example . . .iPad.

Yeah, portable would be a better word at describing it. Anybody knows any? I'll be gaming with them.
 
The Dell ST2220T is a nice touch screen monitor. But, portability could be a problem in that it is a 21.5-in display, and weighs about 14 lbs. It would require a carrying case.

The Samsung you cited first would be a better portable device. In any case. portability just about requires a carrying case of some sort. Maybe a gaming laptop is a better idea?
