Mobile Intel 965

I found the following specs in the Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family datasheet:

Maximum memory supported: 4 GB
Support for DDR2 at 667 Mhz and 533 Mhz

Does this mean that you can have maximum 4 GB Ram at maximum 667 Mhz? What happens if you insert more than 4GB RAM?

Anyone have any experience with this?
I am upgrading my Dell XPS M1530 laptop and I want more and quicker RAM. Hope that someone can help me with a good answer on this.

Thank you. So I can use 8GB (2x4GB) PC6400 and it will work, but only at 667Mhz?

I'm also strugling to find any information about harddisk support for this mainboard,
I'm considering to replace the harddisk with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD-harddisk.
Do you think that will work?

Would really like to know what kind of graphics board can be used with the mainboard too. Where can I find all this information?
