Hi, I need help with my mobile device, I just noticed that I am unable to connect to play store or game server (COC) using the business internet at my office. What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

Here we are using business internet from Thinktel. http://www.thinktel.ca This is a high-speed internet and I am sure this issue is associated with my local network. Is there any solution for this? I doubt the admin team is using some kind of network filters.
