Mobile CPU question: athlon 4 = athlon xp?

Are these two cpus the same? If not, what are the differences? I briefly browsed amd's website and they have seperate links for each of them but they sometimes refer to the athlon 4 1600+. Isn't that an xp rating?
 
The athlon 4 is based on the palomino core and the .18 micron process. The mobile athlon Xp is based on the thoroughbred core and the .13 micron process. The mobile athlon Xp is newer and generally comes in faster speeds, though there is some overlap between the speeds the two processors are offered in.
