Are there any good comparison articles on mobile CPU's?

I want to see some benchmarks that compare mobile PII, PIII and Celeron.
 
ericboo: That would be great. However, I'd like to see more than Sandra scores.

I have my eyes on a VAIO PII-366. I was curious if I should pay a few hundred bucks more to get PIII-450 with similar spec. I doubt it'll make a remarkable difference, though.

Looks like the mobile PII also got on-die cache. And my guess is that the benchmarks will be slower than the "desktop" PII b/c of the slow hard drive. But still, benchmarks would be nice.

Sharky got some but they only compare a couple of PIII's.
