mobile celeron in thinkpad upgradeable??

I have an old thinkpad that has a mobile celeron @ 433 MHz.
Can I upgrade the CPU if I get the same pin package? Is there anything else I need to check like multiplier or voltage?

some laptops have their CPUs soldered to the motherboard, in this case it is not possible (easily) to replace the CPU
