Mobile Athlon XP w/512kb cache or Sempron 64 3100+ w/128kb

and I'm not sure if it's worth "upgrading" to the sempron 64 as I'm running my CPU at just about 2Ghz right now with 512kb of cache. I'm also in love with my Abit NF7 (I think) mobo so I'm not sure if this is a worthy upgrade or not.

Opinions please....
 
I use this combo and ill tell you its stomps my old athlon xp 2800 + system much faster

and this combo easily overclocks from 1.8 to 2.25 .

and your nf-7 sells very good and so does your processor so you can upgrade and sell your parts and come out ahead actually 😀

and get more speed to boot.
