Mobile Athlon 2400+

I'm currently selling my Barton 2500+ and going to purchase a mobile Barton 2400+ from NewEgg once this one sells. I was wondering though, if getting the 35w chip instead of the 45w is really worth it, since my bios wont allow me to drop below 1.45 (I don't even think it will let me go below 1.50w). I have an MSI K7N2 Delta-L board, with 2x256 Kingston HyperX PC3200 RAM and a Radeon 9600xt.

I'm looking to get around 2.3-2.4ghz with an overclock. I currently have a Thermalright SLK-900A, with a Vantec 92mm Tornado on my chip. As for case fans, I have 4 Speeze 80mm DC fans (2 intake, 2 exhaust) running at max speeds (max air flow on each is about 32cfm) and a PowMax LED fan that came with my case (intake).

Please let me know if the 35w is really the better bet, since I won't be running the chip any lower than 1.60w anyways. Thanks.

useing a slk900a and low cfm 92 mm fan i overclocked two 35 watt 2400+ processors to 2300mhz at 1.72 volts or less in room tempuratures of 85 F
the third 35 watt i bought doesnt overclock very well , may be my motherboard settings or bios. i been haveing problems
