This huge mobile XP price cut came out of nowhere. The previous top mobile chip from AMD was the 2000+ at $345 in 1000 unit lots. The best price at pricewatch.com for that chip was $350. Now all of a sudden they released the mobile 2200+ XP at a fraction of that price, $186. Supposedly this chip is available now - good to see AMD stop their paper launches (at least for this chip).
