I apologize in advance if this is a repost, but saw it on the television when I was in Raleigh this weekend without internet access.

It also appeared that the vandals intended to burn down the building. Police said they found Roman candles and wooden devices they believe could be used to start a fire.

Three were charged with vandalism.

I'm not sure exactly what point they were trying to prove.
