After last nights chorizo pizza feast I decided I needed more of the ambrosia called chorizo tonight. So I went back to Sportsman Pizzeria that I visited last night and ordered up what they called a 'mexi-roll' Its like a cross between a calzone and a burrito that is oh so delicious.
Put simply it is a rolled up sandwich. But inside it had tons of the yummy spicy chorizo, onions, garlic, fresh cilantro, cheddar and monterrey jack cheese. Then baked in a brick oven and handed to me literally 10 seconds after being pulled from said oven.
Heaven.
Chorizo FTW!
