Ordered from paragon a few weeks ago and still don't even have a tracking number. I emailed them 3 times and no reply. Called them today and all 4 phone numbers are busy, including 1 toll free one. Call them again and still all 4 different phone numbers are busy. Has anyone bought anythin from paragon (paragoncomp.com) in the past few weeks? I don't know what happened. Couldn't get a hold of them by email or phone for days and still can't. Anyone know maybe what happened to the company? When I ordered a few weeks, they still listed a bunch of Tbirds on pricewatch, now they don't have any Tbirds listed on pricewatch, no paragon on pricewatch at all now!

you are not the only one.
That's the reason you cannot just buy stuff from the lowest price vendor at pricewatch.com

Some vendors mark-up a LOT on shipping and when they ship you a BAD item, they will NOT send a replacement, but instead they just refund the money MINUS the overpriced shipping charge.

Man, last year I bought a ton of things from ParagonComp. I live in Independence, MO. Which is a few hours away, and never had any problems with shipments, they arrived within 3 days (even ground). And never had any other problems with packages, maybe the management has changed a bit since then.

Man I used to live right down the street from them.. I would NEVER order from paragon again. They closed their doors to their COMMUNITY so that they could do internet only sales. Even though I could see their door-front, I could not walk in. They wanted me to pay for overnight Fedex or some sh*t. Since they have done that, I have heard of ALOT of problems. Like even when you get your order, it not working and having to go through all of this again to get it RMA'ed..

I'll probably cancel order since I FINALLY just got an email reply saying my Tbird 900 will arrive this week. When I ordered 2 weeks ago, it was in STOCK! I just sent another email asking if I can cancel it before this week's arrival. JJordan, please go their store and break some arms and legs, I hate them now.
