Mnmsrvc casues error in my program (WinME) HELP!**FIXED!**

THis big white error message pops up saying "Mnmsrvc casues error in your program, close to quit, or click ignore to continue working" If I choose ignore it keeps saying the same thing! If I choose Close, another message pops up saying "Mnmsrvc caused an error in GDI.exe" It never did this until I tried to setup Netmeeting.

I can't play ANY games, can't change resolutions, or anything video related. I even tried reinstalling DX8, video drivers (detonator 7.52, 10.80, and 6.50)

Reformatting is a last resort, can somebody help me?
