There are several parts, the questions are part 4 with the earlier parts consisting of who BM and RG are and what the genre is, etc.

One quote that resonates with me:

(on number heavy (or as Richard puts it "slot machine") gameplay)
"The numbers were never the goal in the first place, they are simply a necessary evil. And so the sooner game designs can downplay the numbers, whether they're visible of not, the better the genre as a whole will be."

Wow! Reading that, I realized how little clue those two guys have.
That was easy to type. I wonder, can manage to explain yourself? 🙂

One post you sound as though you know what you're talking about, the next numbingly ignorant. Maybe you're just starving for attention?

Well, I for one think something good could come from either or both of their next games, not that we know much about either one really. I like what i've read on Vanguard more than Tabula Rasa right now, but preferred UO to EQ. Should be interesting anyway

I'm not going to get into it. Try this though. Imagine somebody who gave the same answers, about narrative and being a central part of the story, Garriott did to those questions designing UO. Can't do it? Neither can I.
