Well I played the beta all weekend and I must say that the game ended up growing on me. The housing is actually pretty damn cool too. I wish the gardening was more complex and involved like FFXI but then again I found that to be the holy grail of gardening.

Well I played the beta all weekend and I must say that the game ended up growing on me. The housing is actually pretty damn cool too. I wish the gardening was more complex and involved like FFXI but then again I found that to be the holy grail of gardening.

I tried it out too this weekend. It grew on me a little bit by the time Sunday rolled around but I could never really get into it. The art style never grew on me and I felt the game world to be cluttered. Also, while I appreciated their attempt to mock themselves and be humorous, it felt that they were trying too hard at times and it became obnoxious.

I tried out some PVP and while it is fast paced it really just seemed like chaos. All of the skills are ground target AOE so it really just felt like everyone crashing together in a group and AOEing everything in sight.

I know this game will appeal to a lot of people but it just never clicked with me.

Finally got a beta key for weekend access. Then my gaming machine died after the first day. Also, the game (although still in beta) doesn't seem as stable with windows 8.1 vs windows 7. I had multiple install issues.

Gameplay was fun, but I wasn't able to experience much due to my machine.

Anyone know how long it takes to get the NCSoft login verification?
