I just cooked and ate the best steak I have ever had. It was devine............................it was 2" thick (RARE) choice new york strip steak.

That is all.
 
Steak is good, but is all in how you prepare it. Must have lots of garlic, onion, and is best when marinated in red wine for 24 hours (or a fvucking long time, whichever is first)

Then cook on a gas bbq grille outside, preferably with strippers handling the hour de'ourves.

Then eat, post on ATOT, and profit.

I should try marinating the steak next time I cook it on the grill, that sounds like it would be really good.

i could go for the 12 oz ribeye from my local grill right now. Medium of course, not dried out like well done and wont catch tapeworms from it 🙂
