Mmmmmmmm.....frozen coffee drink....

Well, I was craving some coffee earlier, but since it's so nice out right now (68F @ 12:45am), I figured I'd make a frozen coffee drink.

I ground and brewed some Gevalia French Roast super strong, and immediately chilled it down in some cold water once it was brewed. I put it in a plastic container and put that in the freezer to partially freeze.

Once that was done, I assembled all the ingredients..

Ingredients

- Strong, fresh brewed french roast
- Coffee ice cream
- Few ice cubes
- Dark brown sugar
- Light cream
- Pure Vanilla extract

Threw it all in the blender...

Mixed it all up good...

I retrieved a frosted glass from the freezer...

And Voilla!

Mmmmmmmm

It's awesome, but I wish I had some Kahlua or Bailey's....🙁

I'm sure it was good though.. Mmm.. I could go for some coffee right now.
