MMMM Yummy.. my g/f made me a batch of these and I can't stop eating them! I think the bag will be gone by the end of the day. :Q
here's a recipe, easy enough even for you cooking n00bs that ruin toast:
9 Cups Rice Chex
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (CREAMY)
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup butter (1/2 stick)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
Measure out Chex into a large bowl.
Put the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter in a smaller microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high 2 minutes or until melted.
Stir until smooth, add vaniilla, stir again.
Pour chocolate mixture over Chex and stir / toss until evenly coated.
Pour powdered sugar into a large plastic bag (I used 2 gallon-size ziplocks), add coated Chex, and toss to coat.
Spread on cookie sheet to dry, unless you eat them all first.
