1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup chocolate milk (I used chocolate Silk)
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon dark chocolate

Whisk together in bowl. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup onto 350 degree griddle. Sprinkle a little more chocolate on top.
Flip when edges dry up a little. Serve with maple syrup or toppings of your choice :)

Makes 3-5 pancakes depending on how big you make them.

Quick, easy, and DAMN GOOD!:thumbsup:

Other pancakes favorites:
1) Substitute a dark, heavy beer for milk. Cook as you normally would.
2) Using regular milk instead of the chocolate milk, and replace chocolate morsels with cinnamon and/or brown sugar. Mmmmmmmm
