Mmmmm..... chili

Looks great. I would not use the tomatoes because I can't stand the pulp, seeds etc but that just me. I'd just use more tomato sauce.

The wife just made a 20qt. pot of extra spicy chili.

Gave a bunch to my Dad. Haven't heard from him since. Hope he's ok 😉



Had some tonight with cornbread fresh out of the oven.

I like to put sugar in my chili, also some paprika.

my chili tastes more like the cinncinati Skyline style chile rather than the texas chili con carne though.

Hmm, I guess that makes up for it. I need that cumin though.

sometimes I also add a bay leaf and oregano.
