Mmmmm...burgers

  • Thread starter Thread starter
  • Start date Start date

1 lb. extra lean ground beef (96/4)
1 egg
3 splashes Worcestershire
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients. Put on George Foreman.

🙂

Not bad until you chose to cook it on the foreman.

Through some Oregano and chopped onions in that, cook over a charcoal grill and you have a winner.

Don't have a charcoal grill. Damn multi-unit dwelling. 🙁

Add Lipton chicken noodle soup mix to that recipe sometime.
Sounds freakish, but it's awesome. The noodles hold back the moisture and you can't tell they're in the burger.

THis is the way I make them too, but with chopped onions as well.

Tip: if you don't want burgers to turn into flying saucers when you grill them...but a small divit in the middle of the patty before cooking.
