i had cinnamon buns for breakfast this morning. They were really good b/c i had them right after they came out of the oven.

my mom made the cinnamon buns and they had the frosting on them. They were really good. in all honesty, i could have gone for an omelette, but 1) i can't flip it right and 2) my mom had already left to a fundraiser with my lil sis.

well russ is from there so if he was around he might know of it...

me i had macdonalds for lunch and i'll probably have whole wheat pasta for dinner.

just to clarify, it's McDonalds, not MacDonalds. Mac is Scottish, Mc is Irish, however, many 'Mc's are really scottish due to the name change at the border of the U.S.
