just look how the lone Cheetah does against the IDE RAID with 2 20 gig 75GXP's. not in transfer rates, but the access time.. it annihilates the IDE RAID setup (about half the access time Speed), and has very good transfer rates (though not comparable to IDE RAID).
A single Cheetah X15 against a Single IBM 75GXP would see the Cheetah win in almost all benchmarks. So now, imagine that thing RAIDED? we'll begin to see the limits of the PCI bus then!
