Toasted whole-grain bread...check.

Two scrambled eggs with garlic/pepper...check.

Fresh, sliced gouda, imported from Holland...check.

egg sandwich with sausage and cheese and bacon, southern style, and homemade strawberry jelly = heaven and obesity, all wrapped up in a delicious package

I thought this was going to be about a "Fried Egg" sandwich, which I can't hack.
But your recipe sure sounds delicious, I'll have to try that.
(I barely tolerate fried eggs, but I really like them scrambled.)

I think it was less than 300 when I discovered ATOT about 6 months ago!

Yes. Believe it or not, IMO, they make scrambled eggs taste that much better. Its hard to explain...

I just use this stuff called California Garlic Pepper. I add maybe 2/3 tabelspoon for every two eggs (I just eye it).
