With the possible exception of the bacon imitator from Canuckistan, (canadian bacon is ham) Ham and Bacon (in all their glory) are from totally different parts of the pig.

It's a country ham so it's more like a bule of silicon than like sand. It just went into the oven. Also, that crap on the outside is a mixture of pepper and mold so now you can really be disgusted.

Scrape off the mold...good to go....


The first time I had the inlaws to our family cottage in italy they just about lost their lunch when they walked in and saw the meats hanging in the shed....
