Mmm, salad. (recipe thread)

Just made myself some caesar salad. Easy to make, fairly cheap to buy a half-week's worth of food (~$10 for 3 days worth of salad and materials). I am curious if anyone has other recipes for salad that are cheap and inexpensive.

I buy the little plastic containers of caesar salad from Albertson's.

$3.99, comes with lettuce, chicken, croutons, parmesan, dressing, & a slice of lemon.

Dump it all in the bowl, shake it, & you're good to go.

I eat them all the time.
