Tonight I cooked some nice pork ribs. I boiled them for about an hour or two so that they were nice, soft, and thawed. Then I put the ribs in a casserole dish and poured Bill Johnson's Barbecue Sauce all over them ribs. Good stuff. Even my vegetarian sister and her boyfriend had some! Hehe. 😀

You murdered those ribs!

😀

Hmm... Do you know of other ways to murder them? If so I'd like a PM so that I may learn how to become the true rib murderer. 😀

Play with your food! It's only being a good host, and it's not like anything else nice is going to happen to it.

Yecch! Boiled pork ribs. You could have done just about anything else to them besides boiling.

Please tell me of other ways to murder these ribs! I'd truly like to know. Anyway, if you don't understand just tell me another way to cook them. Thanks.

Cook them in the oven 1 1/2 hours covered in a broiling pan at 200 degrees. Then throw them on the pit over hot coals until they are browned well. Season with salt and pepper and throw on some BBQ sauce. you will love them.

Is that the trick? Boiling them?

I usually just thaw them out and plop them on the grill and baste 'em a bit...hmmmm

<mouth watering...>

boiling makes em tender... other way to do it is get several racks and stack them then rotate the stack every 20 minutes so its a different rack on the bottom
