I love Good Eats.. Alton Brown is the best guy ever for the college student who actually likes good food once in a while. There isn't a single restaurant that gives you a good steak here in Gainesville, unless you wanna pay $20 for it.
I started cooking steaks the way he teaches on the very first episode of Good Eats.. OMG it's great. It makes the apartment a little smoky - but it's worth it.
So what do you think of my marinade..
- Red Wine (Yellowtail Shiraz)
- Soy Sauce
- Worchestire Sauce
- Chopped Garlic
- Pureed Garlic
