A couple weeks ago I got in touch with a hiring manager at some company, she told me she didn't see any opening matches my background but will keep me in mind. Well, it's been 2 weeks now and I haven't really keep in touch with her, how should I phrase my next email asking about current career opportunity? i am thinking along the line...

sorry for not keeping more in touch with you these two weeks, I just want to follow up on the current career opportunity at your firm. Do you see any opening matches my background so far?
